Absolutely! Showtime is all about trying new things, working together and making heaps of new friends. It doesn't matter what your skill level is - we would love to have you join us in 2025.
You'll get to hear all about our 2025 production, we'll teach you a few of the songs from the show and you'll have a sing as a part of a group (so no solo singing required!). You'll then learn some dance moves, and read a part of our script, and get measured by our friendly costume team.
And while we call it an audition, it's really an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us. Everybody aged under 26 who applies for cast gets in!
In 2025 we're offering two options for cast fees.
For families who commit to be involved in our raffle & sell a minimum of 30 tickets our cast fees are
$70 for returning cast
$90 for new cast
For families who don't wish to commit to sell a minimum of 30 tickets in our raffle, cast fees are
$120 for returning cast
$$130 for new cast
Our cast fees helps cover the cost of your costume, administration, venue hire, insurances, formal dinner between our two Saturday performances, first aid, and much much more. For our new cast members it also includes your Strzelecki Showtime scarf, woggle and badge that you'll receive at our special presentation day in August.
To keep our cast fees low, Strzelecki Showtime also has an annual trivia night.
